EVANSTOCK VENDOR /EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Vendor spaces at Evanstock is divided into the following categories:

Arts & Crafts
Antiques
Commercial
Food & Beverage
Information / Not For Profit /Social Service

Licenses, insurance and sanitation certificates may be required for vendors of food and beverages.
Exhibitors Information Packet If accepted will be sent by August 1st 2008.

DATES AND TIMES

Evanstock will be in operation Friday, Saturday &Sunday, August 15, 16 & 17 2008 beginning at noon.

Participants are required to be set up prior to 10 a.m. on Friday and are free to remain open till closing is announced.

There are no rain dates.

BOOTH SPACE SIZE

All single booth sizes are 10’x10’. Double and triple spaces may be purchased.

Entire exhibit including tent and personnel must fit inside these dimensions.
Exhibitors must furnish booths, tables, chairs and any other set-up items.
Locations will be assigned at reporting time.
Exhibitors may purchase multiple spaces.
Electricity can be supplied at $100, however there are only a few spaces that can support electricity. Generators are permitted
Our security staff will assist in entry and exiting the area.
Security is not provided for booths.

RENTALS

Tents, tables and chairs can be rented from approved vendors.

ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

The application deadline is July 1st.
There is a $25 application fee
There is an additional $25 late registration fee after July 15.
Entry fees are non refundable
Application should be postmarked by June 1st to avoid late fee.
There is a $10 non-refundable screening fee for all applicants.
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Checks must accompany applications and be made payable to Evanstock
Absolutely NO post-dated checks will be accepted.
No personal or business checks will be accepted after June 1st. After June 1st only money orders, certified checks or cash will be accepted.
NSF or returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service charge in addition to bank fees.

PARKING

Parking is provided

Evanstock does not discriminate according to race, sex, religion, or political preference. Violation of the eligibility rules will result in item removal or booth closure.
